电化学除盐是一种针对钢筋锈蚀而研发的钢筋混凝土无损修复技术,但由于在理论和技术上尚存在一些问题,特别是使用不当时会出现钢筋与混凝土界面粘结力下降的问题,使之未能在实际工程中得到广泛应用。在对电化学除盐后钢筋混凝土间粘结力变化进行分析的基础上,提出了电流作用弱化钢筋-混凝土界面的见解;认为只有对钢筋所处的整个弱化区进行全面剖析,才能发现克服或减小电化学除盐对钢筋混凝土界面产生不利影响的技术途径。
Electrochemical removal of chloride is a method to rehabilitate chloride-contaminated concrete structures.For the reason of the decrease of cohesive strength between steel and concrete after electrochemical removal of chloride and some other factors the method has not been widely applied in practice.Based on the discussion on the reason for the decrease of the cohesive force and the relevant mechanisms the authors believe that for overcoming or reducing the minus effect of the process of electrochemical removal of chloride on the cohesive strength a whole investigation into the weaken zone is needed.
