按照快速碱硅酸反应(ASR)检验方法,通过对不同骨料预防ASR的系统试验研究,探讨了粉煤灰、矿渣粉、尾矿砂对预防ASR的效果。结果表明,分别用30%的粉煤灰和50%的矿渣粉替代水泥,可抑制尾矿砂的碱硅酸反应,并且用粉煤灰和矿渣粉替代部分尾矿砂的抑制效果更好;尾矿砂中的微粉对抑制碱硅酸反应是有益的。
According to the ASR examination method and based on the systematic experimental research on different aggregates preventing the ASR, the present proper explored different ASR prevention results of fly ash, slag power and tailings. The research shows that the ASR can be restricted if the cement is replaced by the 30 % of the fly ash and the 50 % of the salag power. Further more, using fly ash and salag power to replace tailings is much better than that of cement, and for the prevention of the ASR, the microprowder is beneficial.
