制备了掺杂碳纳米管的相变微胶囊和同规格常规相变微胶囊,并对涤棉织物进行涂层整理。采用温度巡检仪测定了涂层织物在温度骤变情况下的“温度-时间”曲线,应用差示扫描量热仪测试了微胶囊吸热和放热情况下的热焓值。以热缓冲时间间隔(TBI)和热调节能力(TRC)为评价指标,对不同涂层织物热调节性能做了量化比较。结果显示,相变微胶囊涂层织物有明显的温度缓冲效果;在相变温度区间,涂层织物温度变化率趋近于零;用碳纳米管掺杂的复合微胶囊涂层织物的热调节能力优于常规微胶囊处理的织物。
Phase change material microcapsules (MPCMs) doped with carbon nanotubes and convention- al MPCMs of the same specification are prepared, and then are applied to polyester-cotton fabric to make thermal-regulating fabrics by coating process. Fabric temperature measurements of "temperature- time" curve under the temperature shock condition are carried out by using temperature inspecting in- strument. Endothermic/exothermic enthalpy of the MPCMs are measured by differential scanning calo- rimeter. Based on the indexes of temperature buffering interval (TBI) and the thermal regulating capacity (TRC), the thermal properties of different coating fabrics are studied. The results show that the fabric coated with MPCMs has obvious temperature buffering effect with temperature change rate around to zero at transition temperature range, which is better than that of the conventional microcapsule coated fabric.
