探讨了自制复合载体LXS-2对芳纶1313织物阳离子染料高温高压染色性能的影响,并对LXS-2的染色工艺和染色效果进行了优化和评价。研究表明,采用LXS-2对芳纶织物染色,可获得良好的深色染色性能。载体LXS-2质量浓度对染色织物K/S值影响较大,且该影响与染料用量密切相关,染料用量较小时载体用量对K/S值影响较小,随着染料用量的增加,载体用量不同,染色后织物的K/S值差异较大。优化的载体染色工艺为:载体50g/L,染料4%(omf),染液pH值4.5,硝酸钠40g/L,氯化钠30g/L。染后织物的各项牢度良好,K/S值高达17.43。
The effects of self-made composite carrier kXS-2 on the dyeing properties of aramid 1313 fabric with cationic dyes are investigated. The dyeing process and dyeing effect of LXS-2 are optimized. The results show that using carrier LXS-2 for aramid fabric dyeing can get good deep dyeing performance. The amount of carrier LXS-2 has a great influence on the K/Svalue of the dyed fabric. When the amount of dye is small, the effect of carrier dosage on K/S value is small. With the increase of dye dosage, the K/S values varies with the carrier dosage. The optimum carrier dyeing process is carrier 50 g/L, dye 4% (omf), pH value 4.5, sodium nitrate 40 g/L and sodium chloride 30 g/L. The fastness of the fabric after dyeing is good. The K/S value can be as high as 17.43.
