杜仲叶提取物对女运动员骨组织保健的机理研究

目的:研究杜仲叶总提取物对去势大鼠骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)模型的骨代谢调节作用机制。方法4月龄雌性SD大鼠32只,随机分成正常对照组(Control组,生理盐水灌胃)、去卵巢对照组(OP组,生理盐水灌胃)、雌二醇组(Estrogen组,雌二醇水溶液灌胃)、杜仲叶总提取物组(DZ组,杜仲叶总提物水溶液灌胃)。各组治疗3个月后,通过眼眶采血,测定血清中Ca2+、P3+和ALPase活力。并取大鼠的股骨和胫骨,用双能X线骨密度仪测定骨密度。结果血清中Ca2+、P3+和ALPase活力,DZ组与OP组比较,均有显著差异(P〈0.05);股骨和胫骨BMD,DZ组与OP组比较,有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论杜仲叶总提取物可以改善OP模型动物骨代谢,增加骨质疏松模型动物的骨密度,减少骨破坏,加强骨稳定,有效防治骨质疏松症。

英文摘要:

Objective Study of adjusting effect of total extraction in Eucommia ulmoides oliv leaf on bone metabolism in os-teoporosis (OP) model animal’s OP and its mechanism. Methods Thirty-two SD female rats at the age of 4 months were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group (gavage with physiological saline),ovariectomized group (OP group,gavage with physio-logical saline),estrogen group (gavage with estrogen),total extraction in Eucommia ulmoides oliv. Leaf group (DZ group,gavage with total extraction of Eucommia ulmoides oliv. leaf). At the end of 3-month treatment,blood calcium (Ca2+),blood phosphor (P3+), and alkaline phosphates (ALP) were tested by orbital blood collection. Thon femur and tibia of 4-group animals were taken out. Bone mineral density (BMD) of them was determined using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Results Compared with OP group, blood calcium (Ca2+),blood phosphor (P3+),and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in DZ group were decreased significantly (P〈0.05);bone mineral density of femurs and tibia in DZ group were remarkably increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Total extraction in Eu-commia ulmoides oliv. leaf can improve bone metabolism of OP animals,increase BMD,prevent and treat osteoporosis effectively.
