针对复杂条件下多波地震勘探施工的适应能力及设备的抗干扰问题,设计了一种以MEMS传感器组为核心的多功能全数字三分量检波器。以高性能低功耗的STM32F4为控制中心,集成三分量MEMS加速度传感器、电子罗盘、陀螺仪、倾角传感器等组成多功能检波器,设计多路可配置信号调理模块,提高系统动态范围及带宽,配合软并行采集技术构成可扩展裁剪的分级式全数字三分量检波器,并对外提供IP地址自适应的高速RS485传输通信接口,实测检波器动态范围达120 d B以上,A/D有效分辨率达20位以上,噪声水平小于8μV。检波器已经应用于数字VSP系统,野外试验显示设计的检波器具有较高的分辨率和一致性。
To the adaptability of construction for multi-wave seismic exploration and interference problems of equipment under complex conditions,a multi-function digital three-component geophone with the core of MEMS sensor group was designed.The soft parallel acquisition technology was integrated to the extended and tailoring digital three-component geophone,and STM32F4 with high performace and low power consumption was chosen as the control center,three-component MEMS accelerometer and sensors such as electronic compasses,gyroscopes and tilt sensors were also integrated.Multiple configurable signal conditioning module was designed to improve the system dynamic range and bandwidth. In addition,high speed RS485 transmission communication interface with the functionality of adaptive IP address was provided for external modules.The test results show that dynamic range of the geophone is up to 120 d B or more,and A / D effective resolution is more than 20 bits,while noise level is less than 8 μV,and now it is maturely used in digital VSP system,and field applications show that the designed geophone can get high resolution and consistency.
