传统的钢筋计监测基坑支撑梁时,由于受到混凝土徐变、收缩等影响,测量结果往往不能真实地反应混凝土支撑的受力情况,且实际的轴力监测值往往远高于设计值。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于多个混凝土应变计的加权平均监测方法。该方法将5个(可扩展)应变计等间距安装于混凝土支撑梁,通过对5个轴力监测点轴力值进行加权平均,从而求出混凝土支撑实际受外力情况。实际加载测量试验表明,本方法监测平均误差能够控制在5%以内,有效地避免了传统的钢筋计测量值过大的问题,且本方法安装中无需截断支撑梁内部钢筋,保证了支撑梁的完整性。
Due to the influence of the creep and shrinkage of the concrete while monitoring the foundation pit by using the traditional steel bar meter, the measurement results of the steel bar meter are often unable to reflect the actual stress of the concrete strut axial forces, and the actual axial force monitoring value is often much higher than the design criteria. In order to solve the above problems, a weighted average monitoring method based on multiple concrete strain gauges is proposed. Five( ex- tensible) strain gauges are installed on concrete the support beam ,the actual concrete strut axial forces which comes from the external force is obtained by adopting the weighted average of the axial force of the five axial force monitoring points. The actual loading measurement test results shows that the average error of the method is less than 5%, and can effectively avoid the measurement value of the traditional steel bar meter is too high than the actual value, meanwhile, besides that, the method proposed in this paper can further ensure the integrity of the support beam by that it does not need to cut off the internal steel bars in the support beam.
