In this paper,on the foundation of the principle analysis of technical innovation projects risk decision,a two-stage decision model for enterprise technology innovation projects is proposed,which is used to analyze technology innovation projects not only from economic angle,but also the subjective risk attitude of decision-maker.Thus it overcomes the shortcoming of the risk decision of technology innovation projects from one angle,which can make the risk decision of enterprise technology innovation projects more reasonable and scientific.At the end of this paper,the feasibility and validity of this method are testified by the actual problem.
