阿尔茨海默病(AD)和轻度认知障碍(MCI)的发生率不断攀升,然而目前却尚无有效的方法预防或者治疗。由于形态学测量方法可以全面、客观地获取脑结构的定量信息,利用形态学测量方法探讨MCI和早期AD的诊断,以及MCI转化AD的预测研究已受到了国内外研究人员的关注。形态测量学在脑功能方面研究的主要方法有基于体素的形态学测量方法(VBM)、基于张量的形态测量学(TBM)和基于形变的形态测量学(DBM)3种方法,其中,尤以VBM受到国内外科研工作者的关注,并取得了一些研究成果。随着成像技术的进步,人脑解剖图像和结构图像分辨率不断提高,形态测量学技术特别是VBM方法在MCI和AD疾病诊断及转化预测方面的研究取得了一些进展,但尚处于起步阶段,许多问题还有待于深入研究来加以解决。
With the rising incidence of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment,but there is no effective way to prevention or treatment.Morphometry can get the quantitative information of the whole brain structure comprehensively and objectively.Morphology methods which help to Disease-diagnosis and Conversion-prediction in the Patients with MCI and mild AD have got wide attentions.Morphometry main includes Voxel-Based Morphometry(VBM),Deformation-Based Morphometry(DBM) and Tenor-Based Morphometry(TBM).With the development of imaging technology,the morphometry technologies,especially the VBM,made some progress in MCI and AD diagnosis and transformation forecast,but there are many of issues should be further study to resolve them.
