目的研究阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer Disease,AD)胼胝体磁共振图像的三维纹理特征。方法对12例AD患者和12例健康对照者(Normal Controls,NC)进行三维纹理分析。采用灰度共生矩阵方法提取三维纹理参数,分析纹理参数在两组间的差异及与临床简易智能状态检查量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)评分之间的相关性。结果研究结果显示,胼胝体部位的能量、逆差矩、对比度、熵、差熵及差方差在两组间存在显著性差异,并且与MMSE评分存在相关性。结论三维纹理特征可能反映出AD患者胼胝体部位的病理病变,有助于AD的诊断。
Objective The aim of this study is to explore the 3D texture features of corpus callosum in magnetic resonance images from the patients with Alzheimer disease(AD).Methods 3D texture analysis was performed on 12 AD patients and 12 normal controls(NC).The 3D texture features extracted from gray level co-occurrence matrix were analyzed the significant differences between two groups and the correlations between features and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) scores were tested.Results The results showed that texture features including energy,inverse difference moment,contrast,entropy,difference entropy and difference variance were significantly different between groups,and they were correlated with MMSE scores.Conclusion The microcosmic pathological changes in corpus callosum in AD patients could be reflected by 3D texture features and it may be helpful to AD diagnosis.
