通过对DPPH自由基、AB Ts^+·的清除能力和还原力的测定,探讨白藜芦醇的抗氧化活性;并采用过氧化氢诱导红细胞自氧化模型和肝组织脂质过氧化反应模型,探讨白藜芦醇对自由基损伤和脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用。结果显示,白藜芦醇具有很强的清除自由基和抑制自由基引起的氧化损伤的能力。
In the present study, the antioxidant activity of resveratrol in vitro was evaluated based on DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS free radical scavenging capacity and reducing power, respectively. Meanwhile, the oxidation model of red blood cells induced by hydrogen peroxide and liver lipid peroxidation model were used to explore the inhibitory effect of resveratrol on free radical-induced damages and lipid peroxidation. The results showed that resveratrol had strong scavenging activity against free radica/s and inhibitory effect on oxidative damage induced free radicals in a dose-dependent manner.
