召10区块原设计井网密度较小,并且由于滚动开发及集中建产,目前井网分布极不均衡。为提高区块开发效果,在新的地质及动态特征认识基础上,采用气藏工程、数值模拟、经济评价等多种方法对原有井网方案进行优化调整。研究结果表明:对于未布井区域,直井井网密度可调整为3.33口/km2,相应井排距为500m×600m;在目前600m×800m井网模式下直接进行规则加密虽可一定程度提高气藏采收率,但经济不可行。直井垂向储量动用具有优势,水平井平面储量动用程度更高,并且水平井可有效提高单井产量,因此区块最终可采用直井+水平井混合井网,此井网可使区块采收率提高到46.9%。
In Zhao10Block,the well patterns were originally designed with small spacing density,and progressive developmentand concentrated construction were carried out,so at present,the distribution of well patterns is quite uneven.In order to improve thedevelopment results of this block,the original well pattern plans were optimized and adjusted by means of multiple methods(e.g.gasreservoir engineering,numerical simulation and economic evaluation)after the geological and dynamic characteristics were newly understood.It is indicated that in the areas where no well is arranged,the spacing density of vertical well patterns can be set at3.33wells/km2with the corresponding spacing of500m×600m.For the well patterns with spacing of600m×800m,regular infilling can,to someextent,increase the recovery factor of gas reservoirs,but it is economically infeasible.Vertical wells are advantageous in vertical reservesproducing and horizontal wells are higher in areal reserve producing degree.Besides,horizontal wells can increase individual-well productionrate effectively.Therefore,combined well patterns of vertical well+horizontal well can be ultimately used in this block,whichcan increase the recovery factor to46.9%.
