The main way of the statistical matching fit and its applications in the manufacturing and remanufacturing processes of mating parts are expatiated,The simulation for the statistical matching fit is realized via the function of witness software and the coordinative design for quality indices and statistical tolerance of to be fitted batch of mating parts has been implemented.It is shows that the new approach has obvious effect to promote fit quality based on existing manufacturing condition via statistical analysis,thereby it has very important application value to the manufacturing and remanufacturing for the mating sizes of equal-batched precision components.
