In order to analyze assembly precision and fit quality based on certain assembling lot,Monte Carlo method is applied to fit quality analysis.The fit quality indices of assembling lot can be predicted based on known statistical parameters of the manufactured lots of mating parts or the designated statistical tolerances of mating dimensions,and the program for visualization is developed via VB.The effectiveness of the method has been verified by application case.
