目的:考察经硅烷化处理及MMA(甲基丙烯酸酯)预聚合的纳米二氧化钛对甲基丙烯酸树脂机械性能的影响。方法:用KH-570(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)对纳米二氧化钛粉末进行表面处理,通过原位聚合的方法制备表面包覆聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的纳米二氧化钛粉末,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱考察其结构和表面特性的变化,透射电镜观察纳米二氧化钛粒子在MMA悬浮液中的分散情况,并考察聚甲基丙烯酸树脂的挠曲强度、挠曲弹性模量和冲击强度的变化。结果:预聚合处理的纳米二氧化钛具有良好的分散性能,2%添加浓度时复合材料的挠曲强度、挠曲弹性模量和冲击强度分别为(95.992±3.947)MPa、(2.195±0.223)GPa和(4.048±0.290)J/cm2。结论:预聚合处理的纳米TiO2在有机溶剂中具有良好的分散稳定性能,纳米TiO2/丙烯酸树脂复合材料的机械性能提高。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of prepolymerization modified nano-titanium dioxide on the mechanical properties of acrylic resin.Methods:Nano-titanium dioxide was modified with Kh-570 and MMA.The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction infrared spectrum.The dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide in the suspension of MMA was observed with transmission electron microscope.The bending strength elasticity modulus and impact strength of acrylic resin material were investigated.Results:The dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide was improved with surface modification.The composite material with 2% nano-titanium dioxide had the best comprehensive mechanical properties,with its bending strength,elasticity modulus and impact(95.992±3.947)MPa,(2.195±0.223)GPa,and(4.048±0.290)J/cm2 respectively.Conclusion:Surface-modified nano-titanium dioxide can improve the dispersion and the mechanical properties of acrylic resin.
