普洱市初中一年级学生体质与膳食营养状况调查分析

目的了解云南省普洱市城市和农村初中一年级学生体质与膳食营养状况。方法按照整群随机抽样的方法选取2011年5月普洱市城乡各两所学校初中一年级13岁学生共498名为调查对象,测量其身高、体重和胸围.查阅最近一次的运动成绩,用24h回顾法进行3d膳食调查。结果城镇男、女学生身高均显著高于乡村学生(P〈0.05)。乡村女生较低体重率显著高于城镇女生,而肥胖率显著低于城镇女生(P〈0.05)。城镇学生能量和各种营养素摄入量普遍高于乡村学生,城乡学生钙摄入量均不足。结论普洱市初中一年级学生体质健康状况不容乐观,膳食结构不合理,营养状况不理想,应采取有效措施改善学生膳食摄入和营养状况。

英文摘要:

Objective To understand the physical fitness and dietary nutrition of first grade students in junior high school from urban and rural areas of Pu'er City in Yunnan Province. Methods A total of 498 first grade students aged 13-year-old from two junior high schools in urban and rural areas of Pu'er City in May 2011 were selected as partici- pants with random cluster sampling method. Height, weight and chest circumference of the students were measured. And their recent sports results were accessed and 3-day dietary survey was performed with 24 h recall method. Results Height of male and female students in urban areas were significantly higher than that in the rural areas (P 〈 0.05). Low weight rate of female students in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban areas, while the obesity rate was significantly lower in rural areas (P 〈 0.05). Energy and various nutrients intake of students in urban areas were significantly higher, while calcium intake was significantly insufficient both in urban and rural areas. Conclusion In Pu'er City, health status of first grade students in junior high school is not optimistic, with unreasonable dietary struc- ture and unsatisfactory nutritional status. This indicates that effective measures should be taken to improve the stu- dents' dietary intake and nutritional status.
