This article put forward a framework of Industrial-Space analysis, on the bases of correlative literature review. Moreover, applyied the framwork to Nanjing city, author analyzes the Industrial-Space structure of Nanjing city and bring forward the direction and development strategy of Nanjing city in the near future and in the long future.
