The Beijing Olympic Games is to serve as a window to showcase the city＇s high-tech achievements and its innovative strength. For a successful Olympics, high-technology which may be applied for the Olympic Games is the special basic condition. A grand sporting event featuring high technology will be held by incorporating the latest domestic and international scientific and technological achievements. On the other hand, Beijing will upgrade its scientific innovative capabilities, boosting the industrialization of high-tech achievements. High-tech technology characteristics and economic characteristics in the technique system is put forward in order to constitute the system of High-Tech Olympics and high ＆ new-tech enterprises in Beijing. This paper studies deeply the impact assessment on high ＆ new-tech enterprises in Beijing in the implementation of High-Tech Olympics. The relationship and features of different application fields of High-Tech Olympics will provide scientific basis for the high ＆ new-tech enterprises growth.
