专利法律状态信息对于把握专利质量、判断技术成熟度有重要意义，但尚未引起人们足够的重视。本文在搭建了专利法律状态信息分析框架后，选择纳米技术中国专利为实证研究对象，主要从专利授权分析、专利失效分析和专利寿命分析三个角度对申请量排名前10位的国家及地区进行法律状态信息分析，在获得实证分析结论的同时发现专利法律状态信息是对专利申请基本信息的重要补充，在衡量技术实力、研发差距和专利质量方面意义尤为重要。

Patent legal- status information is meaningful for understanding patent quality and technology maturity, but people do not pay enough attention. After developing framework of legal - status analysis, this paper selects nanotechnology Chinese patent as the research object, analyzes legal - status of top 10 countries or blocs from three aspects of patent authorization, patent invalidation and patent stand - year, and finally finds out that the legal - status is important complementarity for patent apply information and it makes more sense on scaling tcch -strength, R＆D difference and patent quality.
