为了降低大型企业的CO2排放,醇胺溶液吸收法是目前最适合的CO2吸收捕集技术,其主要问题是捕集分离的能耗较大。工业上常用的吸收分离低分压CO2的溶剂,是乙醇胺水溶液。为了降低分离能耗,利用不同溶剂的优点,提出采用混合溶剂降低能耗。通过过程模拟的方法,使用乙醇胺和甲基二乙醇胺混合溶剂水溶液,采用化工模拟软件AMSIM进行了CO2吸收的过程模拟,确定了混合醇胺溶液的最佳浓度,探讨降低醇胺溶液吸收法CO2捕集工艺成本的方法,混合溶剂比相同浓度的乙醇胺水溶液的捕集能耗降低了约13%。
In order to decrease CO2 emission from large-scale enterprises,CO2 absorption with alkanolamines is the optimal CO2 capture technology,and the main obstacle of which is its huge energy consumption.The solvent widely used for absorption of low partial pressure CO2 is aqueous ethanolamine solution.By virtue of different advantages of different solvents,a mixed solvent was suggested to reduce the energy consumption.Process simulation was carried out with the commercial software AMSIM in the area of chemical engineering,and a mixed aqueous solvent of ethanolamine and methyldiethanolamine was used.The best concentration for the mixed solvent was determined, and the methods to save energy were discussed.The results show that the energy consumption of mixed solvent is deceased by 13% compared with that of the ethanolamine solvent.
