鄂尔多斯盆地某现代煤化工企业排放的较高浓度CO2约为1309万t/a,而该盆地内所有油田可封存的CO2总量约为37700万t,可增加原油产量约13700万t。对油田与CO2气源之间驱油供应链的研究表明,较高浓度CO2提纯过程采用低温闪蒸工艺优于膜分离等其他工艺。对300km输送距离的CO2驱油供应链进行了工程案例设计,表明150万t/a驱油供应链示范装置的综合成本约为31.1美元/t,有效碳减排系数为77.54%。
1. 309 × 107 t/a high concentrated CO2 is released from a modern coal chemical company in Ordos basin. And CO2 storage capacity in Ordos basin is 3.77 × 10^8 t,whieh will lead to the corresponding increase in crude oil production to 1.37 × 108 t. Based on the study of CO2-EOR supply chain between CO2 source and oil field, the method of low temperature flash for CO2 purification is better than membrane separation and distillation. The demo example of CO2- EOR supply chain with 300 km transportation via pipeline is designed. The overall cost is about S 31.1 per ton CO2 for the scale of 1.5 × 106 t CO2 per year and the effective factor of CO2 emission reduction is 77. 54%.
