主要提出了一种用于移动通信中间接的模拟温度补偿晶体振荡器(ATCXO),它的温度补偿性能比国内现有的模拟温度补偿晶体振荡器更精确,且适于集成小型化,克服了普通的温度补偿晶体振荡器(TCX0)调试量大的困难,易于实现自动测量和自动补偿。该文提出的TCXO包括两部分:一是适于集成的温度补偿电路部分,它与以往的TCXO不同,其内部装有的模拟方式三次电压发生器及记忆存储器的大规模集成电路(LSI)进行温度补偿的方式取代了以前使用的热敏电阻和电容器的温度补偿方法,其中三次电压发生器又包括三次项和线性项,并且输出随温度变化的三次电压曲线;二是压控晶体振荡器(VCXO)部分,它具有很好的线性电压-频率特性。采用了单片LSI的TCXO的体积大大减小,且在-30~+80℃的宽温度范围内能获得士2.5×10^-6以内的精度。
This paper describes an indirect analog temperature-compensated crystal oscillator(TCXO) which could achieve a temperature compensation functioning much more accurately than those expected at present,and it is easy to integrate and downsize. It could resolve the mass problem of adjusting,further more,it is easy for automatic measure and compensation. This TCXO consists of two blocks. One is a temperature compensation circuit fitting in well with IC process,which outputs cubic functional variation of voltage with temperature(it consists of cubic and linear terms) , while the other is voltage controlled crystal oscillator(VCXO),which has good linearity of frequencycontrol voltage characteristics(f-Vc characteristics). With one chip of LSI, it is easy to downsize these TCXOs and has an attainable precision of ±2.5×10^-6 during a wide temperature of -30~+80℃.
