采用针一板电极研究交流电晕对硅橡胶材料憎水性的影响。研究发现作用电压、表面污秽状态、相对湿度等因素都会影响电晕条件下的硅橡胶材料憎水性丧失和恢复特性。交流电晕使清洁试片憎水性丧失迅速,但憎水性恢复缓慢,一般憎水性恢复需要10h以上;而染污试片憎水性丧失相对较慢,憎水性恢复较快,一般憎水性丧失需要6h以上。研究证实,IEC62217中的复合绝缘子多因素试验对硅橡胶材料憎水性丧失和恢复的过程考虑不够充分,需要进一步研究改进。
A needle-plane electrode system was used to study the hydrophobicity of the silicone rubber (SR) under AC corona. The results show that the hydrophobicity behaviors of SR under AC corona are affected by the voltage, pollution status, and relative humidity and so on. The hydrophobicity loss of cleaned SR specimens is very rapid under AC corona and that of contaminated SR specimens is slower. The hydrophobicity recovery of cleaned SR specimens needs over 12h and that of contaminated SR specimens needs over 6h. It is proved that the consideration of IEC 62217 for the process of hydrophobicity loss and recovery of SR material of polymeric insulator under multi-stress test is not full.
