聚乙烯的热压冷即条件会显著影响聚乙烯的微观形态,而聚乙烯在热压过程中,其表面会由于不同的基底材料而可能形成附生结晶层.从而具有不同的表面形貌,为探讨它们对空间电荷特性的影响,使用不同的基底材料制备了不同表面形貌的聚乙烯试样,研究了聚乙烯不同表面形貌的形成过程及其显微特征。利用不同的降温速率得到了两种表面形貌下不同微观形态的试样.结合微观形态对不同表面形貌的聚乙烯进行了空间电荷测量分析,在高场强下进行了其空间电荷包特性的研究,发现微观形态和表面形貌对聚乙烯的空间电荷包的极性、运动特性等都具有重要的影响。
The heat pressing and annealing conditions of polyethylene obviously affect the morphology of polyethylene (PE). During the heat pressing, the surface of PE possesses different topographies because of different substrate materials. Surface topography is greatly related to the epitaxial crystallization layer and influences the space charge characteristic of PE dramatically. We studied the formation process of different surface topographies and their micrographic characters in low density polyethylene (LDPE),adopted the pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method to measure the space charge distribution of samples with different surface topographies and morphologies in LDPE,and analyzed the effect of surface topography and morphology on space charge packet. The results show that the surface topography has a great influence on space charge packet polarity, and morphology affects both the movement speed rate and the polarity of space charge packet.
