This paper reports the difference in live load statistical model parameter of Chinese house building with the west countries. Firstly, the reason on live loads difference is given. Secondly, the parameter on chinese live load is shown by comparing method. Lastly, the max live load of time is given by numerical simulation and the equal exceed probablity rule.
