基于光纤光栅传感器原理和施工监控系统,结合数值模拟技术,实现了呼兰河供热工程桥的施工监控,达到了预期设计目标。首先,根据光纤光栅技术原理,结合施工方案和特点,设计工程桥的监控系统;接着,根据施工监控原理,结合施工全过程受力分析,提出了双参数的控制指标;最后,根据实际监测数据,比较理论分析与实际测量结果,修正数值分析模型,实现施工监控。本系统为施工达到预期设计目标提供了有力保障。
Based on fiber bragg grating(FBG) sensor and construction supervision system,the construction supervision of heating engineering bridge on Hulan river was realized combined with numerical simulation technology.Firstly,according to the technique principle of FBG,the supervision system was designed combined with construction scheme;secondly,according to the construction supervision principle,the control index with two parameters was put forward combined with the analysis of construction process.Finally,according to actual construction supervision,the theory analysis and actual measuring result were compared and the numerical analysis model was modified.This system can provide supports for the construction realizing expected design goal.
