Physical proximity, core competence and connectedness of cluster enterprises have a positive relationship with supplier service integration which reveals that upstream and downstream supply chain partners can provide synergistic benefits more easily and further improve the performance of supply chain. The notion of service integration also plays the intermediary role in the relationship of enterprises connection, core competitiveness and supply chain performance.
