针对传统液压元件可靠性试验耗时长、能耗高、测试效率低的缺点,提出了一种液压元件并行节能型可靠性试验方法,还介绍了此并行节能型可靠性试验装置的设计原则和要求。通过增加单次可靠性试验的样本种类和数量,可以有效缩短试验时间,并对能源进行多次循环利用。试验结果表明,并行节能型可靠性试验台的功率损耗得到大幅下降,具有较大的应用推广价值。
According to the disadvantages of traditional reliability test for hydraulic components, such as time-consuming, high energy consumption and inefficiency, this paper presents a parallel energy-saving method of re- liability test for hydraulic components, and introduces the design principle and requirement for the parallel energy - saving device of reliability test. By increasing sample types and numbers of single reliability test, the test time can be shortened and the energy can be recycled repeatedly. The test results show that the power loss of the parallel energy- saving reliability test-bed is greatly decreased, which possess great application and extension value.
