针对于吨级城市立交桥的整体置换,研制出驮运架一体机进行双车联合作业,提出了一种三维微调液压系统群概念,针对各液压缸系统群建立数学模型,分析原理和相互关系并设计其相关结构。进行了实验梁调试测试,并将该系统群成功应用于实际桥梁整体置换项目,取得了良好的效果。结果表明,该系统群在千吨级立交桥三维微调时平均误差约为1mm,具有较小的误差和较高的效率。
A double bridge girder erection transporter has been developed to carry out the double car operation in the light of the overall displacement of the thousand tons of urban overpass.A kind of the group of the three-dimensional fine adjustment hydraulic system is put forward, and a mathematical model is established tor each the hydraulic cylinder system group.The principle and the relationship between each other and its related structure have been analyzed and designed.The experimental beam test is carried out and the system is successfully applied to the actual bridge replacement project, which has achieved good results.The results show that the system group in the kiloton overpass, three-dimensional fine tuning average error of about 1 mm.It has smaller error and higher efficiency.
