本文从完善高新技术产业竞争力评价指标出发，构建了高新技术产业竞争力评价模型，应用因子分析、结构方程模型和聚类分析相结合的方法，从高新技术产业投入、产出和发展潜力3个方面对全国30个省市、自治区的高新技术产业的竞争力现状进行了评价。结果显示，我国高新技术产业投入、产出均对高新技术产业竞争力的增强起着显著的促进作用，而产业发展潜在竞争力对高新技术产业竞争力的助推效果不明显。此外，我国高新技术产业区域竞争力水平差异较大。

英文摘要：

The author constructs the competitiveness evaluation model of high -tech industrial development , in order to improve the high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation index . The high-tech industry development status about 30 provinces and autonomous re-gions in our country is evaluated , which from the high-tech industry investment , industrial output and industrial development potential , combining factor analysis , structural equation modeling and cluster analysis method . The results show ：High-tech industry input , indus-trial output play a significant role in high -tech industry development , however , industrial development potential plays an ineffective role in high-tech industry development . In addition , regional development of high-tech industries in China are quite different .
