Based on the brief analysis of the current situation of the development of labor-intensive small and medium enterprises, this paper puts forward that it is difficult for the original extensive mode of development to continue, and the transformation and upgrading is imminent. This paper puts forward the future development direction of China＇s labor-intensive small and medium enterprises under the new economic norm, and discusses the evolution and innovation of the labor-intensive small and medium enterprises based on the perspective of enterprise network.
