Forest provides products and services relating to the overall improvement and promotion of human welfare,whileforest ecosystem services play an irreplaceable role in maintaining human living space and improving the quality of humanlife. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the forestry ecosystem services,this paper analyzes the forestry ecosys-tem services from both demand and supply,explains the difference between theoretical and practical level and gets some in-spiration to solve the contradiction of supply and demand.
