在传统单相5电平电流型变流器拓扑的基础上,提出了一种新型单相5电平电流型变流器拓扑。结合仿真,详细分析了产生1/2电平电流不均衡的机理,并提出了一种通过直流侧电流反馈来实现均流调节的脉宽调制(PWM)控制方法。最后,以感性负载为例,建立试验样机进行了验证。实验结果表明:在该方法控制下,均流电感电流基本接近于1/2电平,输出的PWM电流波形比较对称,滤波后的电流波形接近于正弦波。
Based on the traditional single-phase 5-level CSI topology, a new single-phase 5-level current-source inverter (CSI) is proposed. The mechanism of current-unbalance of 1/2-level is analyzed in detail by simulation. By using current-feedback control, a new PWM control method with the capability of current-balance is proposed. Finally, taking the inductive load as an example, an experimental prototype has been built to validate this proposition. Experimental results show that with the current-balance control, the current in balance-inductor is very close to the half of the total DC current, the output PWM current waveform is symmetrical and the filtered current is almost a sine wave.
