载波相移开关脉宽调制(CPS-SPWM)技术是一种优秀的开关调制策略,能够在较低的开关频率下实现等效高频载波的效果。通过分析一种单相电流型多电平逆变器的工作原理,提出了该类拓扑的载波相移SPWM技术。仿真和实验结果证明,采用载波相移SPWM进行调制,逆变器的输出电流中低次谐波基本消除,剩余谐波成分主要是载波频率的2nk(k为正整数)倍及其边带谐波。
The CPS-SPWM technique is an excellent modulation method with many good features, and the higher equivalent output carrier frequency can be obtained from lower switching frequency devices. Based on the analysis of the principle of a single-phase multilevel current-source inverter (CSI) , the CPS-SPWM scheme for the multilevel CSI was investigated. By adopting CPS-SPWM, cancellation of all carriers and associated sideband harmonics up to the 2nk carrier group was obtained. The simulation and experiment on a five-level CSI give the verification.
