试验在晋南小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)主产区新绛县进行,以强筋小麦品种临优145为研究对象,在中等肥力条件下,研究了不同施硫量对小麦产量及主要品质性状的影响。结果表明,施硫肥可显著提高小麦子粒产量,对产量构成因子也有较大影响,可显著提高子粒数和成穗数,但对千粒重影响不大;施用硫肥可显著提高小麦子粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值,延长面团形成时间和稳定时间,施硫量以75 kg/hm2较为合理。
This experiment was carried out in major wheat producing areas of Xinjiang County of Jinnan, taking the high- gluten wheat Linyou 145 as research object. Under medium fertility condition, the effect of the different dose of sulfur fertil- izer on winter wheat yield and main quality characters was studied. The results showed that sulfur fertilizer can significantly increase grain yield have a greater impact on the yield factors, significantly increase grain number and the number of ears but have little effect on grain weight. When the sulfur was applied, the protein content,the wet gluten content and the sedi- mention value of wheat grain were increased obviously. The time of development and the stable time of the dough were ex- tended. Applying sulfur with amount of 75 kg / hm2is more reasonable.
