目前对于白酒品质高低的鉴定主要还是靠人工完成的,分析了品酒师在品鉴过程中可能会受到多种因素的干扰从而使得评价结果表现出某些不确定性的特征,提出利用直觉模糊集来描述品酒师的评价体验,通过多个品酒师的群体决策以及和TOPSIS方法的联用,利用白酒指标特征和理想点的相对接近度来对白酒质量进行评价,实例分析的结果表明该方法是确实可行的。
Nowadays evaluation of liquor quality is mainly made by people.Tasters may be affected by many factors in tasting process.There are some uncertainty characteristics of the evaluation results.Intuitionistic fuzzy set is proposed to describe the tasting experience.Group decision and the TOPSIS method are associated in the new model of liquor quality evaluation.Relative proximity between the index of liquor characteristics and the ideal point is used as evaluation criteria of liquor quality.At last,case alalysis shows the feasibility and validity of the method.
