The Project Management is widely used in many kind of organization(such as the enterprise,the government,the non-profit organization,etc.).The "technical" side such as WBS,CPM,earned-value method has been developed,while it pay less attention to the "people" side such HRM,organization,project culture,team building.The paper summarize the research of project management "people" side and point out the farther research direction.
