主要采用荧光光谱法研究了杯[4]芳烃与β-胡萝卜素的包合作用,并且辅以核磁共振技术讨论了其作用机理。随着β-胡萝卜素浓度的增加,杯[4]芳烃的荧光强度逐渐降低。根据Stern-Volmer方程求得杯[4]芳烃与β-胡萝卜素形成包合物的结合常数。同时基于β-胡萝卜素对杯[4]芳烃的荧光具有猝灭的特性,建立了一种高灵敏测定β-胡萝卜素的新方法。
The formation of the inclusion complex of β -carotene with the calix[4]arene was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The related mechanism was discussed by means of H NMR method. The fluorescence intensities of the calix[4]arene was gradually decreased with increasing of the concentration of β -carotene. The formation constant of complex was obtained by using Stem-Volmer equation. A new selective and sensitive method for the spectrofluorimetric determination of β - carotene was developed. This method is based on the quenching of fluorescence ofcalix[4]arene due to the formation ofcalix[4]arene- β -carotene complex.
