文章用敏感于微环境变化的紫外--可见光谱法,研究了可溶性四-(4-羧基苯基)卟啉(TCPP)在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)胶束中pH滴定的光谱行为.结果表明,体相pH值由中性到酸性改变的过程中,TCPP在SDS胶束溶液中存在明显的等色点,为典型的双组分平衡,同时其质子化峰吸收强度逐渐增强,表明TCPP在胶束内发生了质子化.体相pH值增大到强碱时,TCPP的Soret带紫移,吸光度变小,半峰宽变大,这是TCPP卟啉从SDS胶束内转移到胶束表面的结果,由此证明可通过改变体相的pH值来控制卟啉环在胶束中的增溶位置从而实现卟啉的跨膜转移.
The 5,10,15,20-tetra-(4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (TCPP) was solubilized in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) micellar solutions. UV-Vis spectra were used to studythe spectrum of TCPP in SDS micelle on the bulk pH. The results demonstrated that,with the change of pH from neutral to acidity,Isoelectric points obviously appearing indicated bi-component equilibration and the absorbency increasing owed to protonation effect of TCCP. In basic SDS micelle solution, the deprotonation ofporphyrin taking place indicated that the solubilizing location of TCCP changedfrom inner to outer of SDS micelle. The result reveals that changing pH can control transmembrane process of TCCP.
