Idiopathic membranous nephropathy（IMN） is a clinical focus in nephrology,with a significant increase scale.The treatment is difficult by therapeutic scheme.Finding out the effective treatment for IMN is a practical problem to be solved.The treatment effect is curative for IMN by Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.The treatment for IMN by Professor CAO Shili,a famous TCM expert,has definite therapeutic effect.This paper is to summarize and explain the academic idea,treatment of IMN by TCM to provide research foundation about the relevant academic researches.
