采用三要素超越对数式随机前沿生产函数,基于复合经济折旧的永续盘存资本计量方法对我国19个典型油田2001-2004年12个时期的技术效率进行了计量与分解,详细讨论了要素的计量。计量结果表明,有效劳动投入是影响我国油田产出的最重要的因素,我国油田近年来的技术效率平均仅为0.61。分解结果表明,前沿技术进步是油田全要素生产率提高的主要源泉,而相对前沿技术非效率是削弱油田技术进步的主要原因,同时,我国油田在资源配置和规模经济方面均未达到有效水平。
By using three-input translog stochastic production functions, measurement and decomposition of technical efficiency of 19 Chinas oilfields for the 12 periods during the years of 2001 to 2004 were investigated based on a compounded depreciation rate method for capital measurement. And the measurement methods of three inputs were discussed in details. The econometrics calibration resuhs show that effective labor input is the most important determinant of China's oilfields output and the average technical efficiency of China's oilfields is as low as 0.61. Technical efficiency decomposition shows that frontier technology progress contributes mostly to total factor productivity growth and technical inefficiency is the most negative factor affecting technical progress. Scale economy and resources allocation efficiency of China's oilfields are both beneath the efficient level.
