分布电容是影响特高压直流换流阀冲击电压特性的重要因素,在换流阀设计过程中需要进行优化控制。提出特高压换流阀系统多导体分布电容复杂电路网络的等效简化方法,研究分布电容影响冲击电压特性的机理,分析通过改善分布电容实现多级串联单元均压设计的方法。在此基础上,提出特高压工程双12脉动换流阀多阀塔分布电容简化分析模型和理论计算方法。研究大尺寸、多分立导体装备的分布电容测试方法,提出实验室条件下阀厅边界条件等效方法,测量引线误差控制方法和测量导体排列组合方法,在特高压直流换流阀真型阀塔上开展分布电容测试,验证了理论分析方法的准确性,获得了分布电容特性。
Distribution capacitance is an important factor affecting the ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC) valve voltage characteristics,which should be optimized in the design process.This paper put forward the equivalent simplified method of UHVDC valve with many conductors and complex circuit network.The effect of distribution capacitance on valve voltage distribution was analyzed and the method to improve the distribution capacitance to achieve multi-level series unit voltage balancing.Based on,simplified calculation model and analysis method was put forward for distribution capacitance of double 12 pulse multiple valve towers.The measurement was carried out to test the distribution capacitance in ±800k V UHVDC converter valve.The equivalent method of valve hall boundary in the laboratory,the influence of conductor combinations on measuring error,and the wire layout scheme measurement were put forward for complex structure independent conductors of the large-scale equipment.The measurement results and theoretical analysis results were good agreement,verified the theoretical calculation model and obtained the actual distribution capacitance characteristic.
