基于柔性直流输电技术的柔性环网控制器可实现电网软分区运行、短路电流抑制、潮流优化、无功支撑等功能,为解决电磁环网问题提供了一种选择。首先对柔性环网控制器的电路拓扑和主接线设计进行了研究;然后针对城市电网对环网控制器安装位置和空间的限制,提出了3种适用于城市电网的柔性环网控制器拓扑方案,并通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真对3种方案的故障性能进行了分析和验证;最后通过综合对比给出了各方案的适用场合,为柔性环网控制器在城市电网的应用提供了参考。
Flexible Looped Network Controller(FLNC) based on Voltage Source Converter-High Voltage Direct Current(VSC-HVDC) technology can realize grid district soft-dividing, fault current limitation, power flow optimization, and reactive power support, etc. Firstly, topology and main circuit design of flexible loop network controller are studied. Then three different schemes adaptive to location or space constraints of urban power grid are proposed. Each scheme’s fault characteristics are analyzed and verified with electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC. At last, a comprehensive comparison of the schemes is conducted, pointing out advantages, disadvantages and suitable application situation, providing reference for FLNC implementation in power grid.
