在质量传递过程中,流体的流动状态对整个传质过程有着重要的影响。利用流动可视化实验方法,在定常流场和脉动流场下,对 SiO2-water纳米流体波壁管内的流动特性进行可视化研究。研究发现,在一个脉动周期内,波壁管内流动存在非常明显的稳定流动和非稳定流动状态;相同入口雷诺数条件下,有脉动流场存在时,波壁管内流体的流动混合情况比定常流动状态下强烈很多,这就意味着脉动流场具有更加优越的质量传递特性;另外,还发现 SiO2-water纳米流体湍流流动效果更为明显。
The type of fluid and flow field have important impact on the mass transfer.The mass transfer experiment was carried out in a wavy-walled tube with purified water and SiO2-water nanofluids for steady and pulsatile flow.Based on the experimental results,it is found that the effect of mass transfer of SiO2-water nanofluids is better than that of water extract for steady and pulsatile flow.The mass transfer rate for pulsating flow is better than that for steady flow at the same net Reynolds number,which means mass transfer rate is enhanced under the conditions of pulsating flow.
