Carbothermal synthesis of Si3N4 powders using a combustion synthesis precursor

采用溶液燃烧合成—碳热还原法制备了AlN粉末,研究了NaCl、NaF添加物对制备的前驱物、氮化过程及A1N粉末形貌的影响。结果表明:在溶液中分别添加一定量的NaCl和NaF,均能够得到厚度较薄的片状前驱物;添加NaF制备的前驱物在1500℃通氮气煅烧2 h完全氮化时,能够得到尺寸分布均匀、更为蓬松、分散的AlN粉末;此外NaCl、NaF的添加不仅影响了A1N的形貌,而且影响了其初始氮化温度。

英文摘要:

Aluminum nitride(AIN) powders were synthesized by combustion-carbothermal method.Effects of NaCl and NaF additives on the preparation of the precursor,the nitriding process and the AIN powder morphology were studied.The results indicated that the precursors synthesized with a certain amount of NaCl or NaF additives were paper-thin flaky particles.A complete nitriding of the precursor synthesized with NaF additive was executed by being calcined at 1500℃ in N_2 for 2 h,and then uniform,fluffy and dispersed AIN powders were obtained.The addition of NaF and NaCl can not only affect the morphology of AIN,but also affect the initial nitriding temperature.
