碳化硼是一种非常重要的非金属材料,具有优良的力学、热学及电学性能,在军事、微电子学、核物理、空间技术等高科技领域具有广阔的应用前景。碳化硼陶瓷粉末的制备方法有碳热还原法、自蔓延高温合成法、元素直接合成法、化学气相沉积法和机械合金化法等。综述了这些方法的特点和研究进展,指出了制备碳化硼粉末的主要发展方向。
Boron carbide is an important non-metallic material with excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. So boron carbide has been widely used in military, microelectronics, nuclear, space and other high-tech fields. The boron carbide powder preparation methods include carhothermal reduction, self-propagation high-tempera- ture synthesis, direct synthesis method, chemical vapor deposition and mechanical alloying. In this paper, the characteristics and research progress of boron carbide powder preparation methods are reviewed and the development direction is pointed out.
