With the growing popularity of higher education, the university students from rural areas have occupied an increasingly large proportion in university student group. Under the influences of traditional education, growing environment, family values and individual factors, the occupational cognition of USRA is relatively vague, which leads to their passive, blind and unrealistic in the employment choice. How to strengthen the employment support to USRA and enhance their employment competitive power is an important issue of contemporary education department and the whole society＇ s common concern.
