柔性铰链微位移放大机构的性能分析,通常采用柔度静力学分析方法,该方法分析过程复杂,柔度计算量大.为此,提出一种新的分析方法,将柔性铰链转换为刚性铰链并在其上加一等效刚度系数为k的扭簧,采用虚功原理对机构进行分析求解,推导出微位移放大机构输入位移、输出位移的计算式,进而求得机构的放大比.采用上述方法对柔性八杆对称微位移放大机构进行性能分析,将所得的分析结果与柔度静力学分析法、有限元分析法的分析结果进行对比,三者具有很好的一致性,验证了该方法的正确性.该方法充分利用了机构的对称性,使得分析求解过程得到了很大程度的简化.
The compliances statics mechanics analysis method is generally used to analyse the per- formance of the compliant symmetric micro-displacement magnifying mechanism with the flexure hinge, but the analysis process and the compliances calculation are very complicated, so the au- thor presents a new analytical method, in which each flexure hinge is transformed into rigid hinge and added a torsion spring on it whose equivalent stiffness is k, the virtual work principle is used to analyse the transformed mechanism, deduce the simple formulas about the input displacement, output displacement and the magnification ration. This method was used in the performance anal- ysis of the compliant 8-bars symmetric micro-displacement magnifying mechanism, the results were contrasted with the results obstained by the compliance statics mechanics analytical method and the finite element, which indicated the consistency among them. The new method makes full use of the symmetry of the mechanism, it greatly simplifies the computation and improves the ef- ficiency.
