以非对称进气双面离心压气机为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法对压气机双面叶轮区域进行了模拟。为了拓宽非对称进气双面压气机的稳定工作范围,延迟其工作模式的转换,通过增加后方叶轮叶片出口半径的方式,来适当提高后方叶轮做功能力,更好地匹配两侧叶轮协同工作。通过三个方案的对比及叶片载荷和内部流动结构的分析,表明合理增大后方叶轮半径,则能够改善两侧叶轮的匹配关系,从而拓宽双面压气机的协同工作区域。
This paper takes asymmetric dual boost compressor as the study object,and simulates the compressor double sided impeller area by numerical methods.To widen the operating range of asymmetric dual boost compressor,and to delay the conversion of operating mode,the outlet radius of rear impeller blades is increased.And the result shows that the power capability of rear impeller is improved and double sided impellers are better matched with the rear one.By the comparison of the three schemes and the analysis on the blade loading and internal flow structure,it can be concluded that increasing the rear impeller blades reasonably enables the matching relationship of double sides impellers better,and then the collaborative working area of dual boost compressor is widened consequently.
