采用数值模拟方法对两端非对称进气双面离心压气机整级和简化模型的工作特性进行分析。结果表明:非对称进气双面离心压气机存在两种工作模式,随着流量减小由并行工作模式转换成单侧叶轮工作模式;同时,对两侧叶轮出口各区域速度三角形进行了分析,阐明了各区域速度分量存在差别的原因以及共享扩压器内的流动与掺混状况;此外,分析了小流量工况下两侧叶轮出口流场的非对称结构,发现该工况后方叶轮对应各量的周向掺混更为迅速。
This paper uses the numerical simulation method to analysis the operating characteristics of the asymmetric dual boost compressor in whole and simplified model.The results show that there are two kinds of operating modes of asymmetric intake dual boost compressor.With the flow reducing,the parallel working mode is converted into single impeller working mode.Meanwhile,by analyzing the outlet velocity triangle on both sides of the impeller,The reason why there exists the differences in component of velocity and the flow loss in a common diffuser can be explained.In addition,the asymmetric structure of outlet flow field on both sides of the impeller under small flow condition has been analyzed,Which shows that the quantities corresponding to rear impeller mix more quickly in circumferential direction.
